Need a boost? Need some encouragement? Whatever it may be, I'd love to help if I can. When I began this blog, I dedicated one day out of the week as Motivational Monday. I liked the idea to send out some encouraging words (needed or not) to keep positive vibes flowing. Whether it be struggles with fitness, or simply life's obstacles at hand, I thought I could help shed some light. What gives me merit to apply such knowledge? Nothing more than personal experience.
